Centrally located in Taucha, Ancient Dance is easily accessible by train, tram, and bicycle.
Taucha is conveniently located directly on the northeastern edge of Leipzig and is easily accessible from (almost) any direction using all means of transport.
For the sake of the environment, we encourage you to travel by public transport, bicycle, or carpool.
Deutsche Bahn
The S4 to Taucha (Leipzig), towards Torgau/Hoyerswerda, departs every 30 minutes from Leipzig Central Station (hourly on Saturdays and Sundays, towards Eilenburg) - from the station it is about a 10-minute walk to the park (for Google Maps: "Taucha, Leipziger Straße"). Free bicycle transport is possible, provided there is space on the train. There is also an hourly regional express train that departs from the main station in 10 minutes.
LVB / Tram:
Line 3 with destination "Taucha" to the final stop "Taucha, An Der Bürgerruhe", from there follow the signs - it is about a 7-minute walk to the site (for Google Maps: "Taucha, Leipziger Street").
Please note: Line 3, which goes to "Sommerfeld," turns off shortly before Taucha and does not go to the festival.
By bike
There is a beautiful bike path along the Parthe River that leads directly into Taucha - about an hour's drive from Leipzig.

By car
Arrive quickly via the A14, Exit 26, Leipzig-Ost
Come via Leipzig-Ost instead of the Leipzig Nordost exit, where you'll get around without traffic lights, trucks, and rush hour!
Don't trust the navigation system that wants to guide you via the B87 via Leipzig-Nordost/Taucha. Traffic jams are inevitable here, too.
The most relaxing way to reach us is this:
Take the A14 exit 26, towards Borsdorf 1. Turn left at the traffic light (Panitzsch, Taucha), keep going straight ahead – and you'll be heading directly towards the camps!

By plane
For jet-set hippies: Leipzig/Halle Airport is a 20-minute drive from Taucha and has a train station for long-distance and local transport right in the terminal, from which you can quickly reach Leipzig Central Station. From there, you can reach it by S-Bahn and tram.
To all day visitors
Please use public transport, as parking spaces are limited.
If you are coming by car, please park in the designated parking spaces at the so-called KoLa Triangle. These are free of charge.
